Do you know when this started happening? There are bloggers that have more explicit captions and they aren't being taken down. It sounds like copyright holders are deliberately targeting you. Even with a disclaimer, some blogs have been targeted whenever there is money involved and when owners of images band together. This is more often these days because of AI and reporters can take a cut out of fees
If your Patreon started getting wiped out at the same time as your Blogger, that is the reason. Changing to a different subscriber method like Deviantart or Kofi might be better. I don't think a separate website will fully protect you because there isn't a website host that would allow explicit material even in their terms of service. the only way is if you're running the server off your own internet, and depending on your ISP that might also lead to issues.
Patreon is known to be a big source of copyright bots because of a well known Patreon leak site with a Soviet Union site domain (will not post link here). The moment one of your pledgers post your Patreon subscriber material is the moment the bots mark you
